having been using their service without hiccups but last week I was using schoolpay and the system hung. upto now the money hasn't been reimbursed. I have called their customer care and all they say is we are working on it. just don't bother with the app. Now I have to look for more school fees because of their delay. Desist from using the app

FlexPay is among the worst service providers, according to my experience. At first, I had a loan that was maturing the next day. I tried to fund my wallet using mobile money, but although the money was deducted from my account, it did not reflect in my FlexPay wallet. I had to call them and beg them to release my money so I could settle my loan. They released it late, and I ended up borrowing from somewhere else and paying extra interest. On Monday, I thought things had improved, so I tried agai

The older version worked fine for me, the new one failed to install on my device.. gives funny error.. the device is jailbroken or rooted, the installation process blocked. imagine it's you guys who prompted the upgrade. now I cant use the app
